We understand that plans may change, and we aim to provide a fair refund process:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date.

• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made within 7–13 days before the event date.

• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions), we offer rescheduling or credit for future bookings.
